Hey there! My name is Tarah.
I am a functional dietitian who believes in addressing the root causes of health imbalances and guiding individuals on a journey towards healing from within.
Education & Credentials:

Began my nutrition career at Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC), earning a Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.

Continued education at Dominican University, obtaining a Master of Business in Healthcare Administration and completing my Dietetic Internship.

Developed an interest in functional health and completed a 240-hour training to become an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP).
